The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

*Due to the high volume demands, reservations can not be combined or changed. We will due our best to accommodate all special table request but they are not guaranteed. Also in order to better serve you and our other guests, all parties of 8 or more will have a single check

This is our third time at The Chocolatier - we do really love this restaurant so I’m sad we didn’t have a great experience last night. The food & drinks were still very good (had The Chocolatier Martini, the s’mores martini, the whipped feta app, the chicken Alfredo, and the shrimp tacos, plus two items from the kids menu). But it took over an hour for our food to come out and we didn’t have any wait staff come over to check on us, as we were seated at a table in the bar area. My husband had to go over to someone to ask for refills on water and for another round of drinks. Service was so poor last night that it really did impact our experience. Waiting an hour for food when there are two kids falling asleep at the table is a pretty bad experience.

Service was so slow. Lots of staff moving quickly but food came out slow. Lots of empty tables. Server was terrific.

Our waitress Renee was very good. She took the time to speak with my daughter and made sure we had everything. Food was very good and she made sure we knew to use our season pass.

Food was average, but fairly pricey. The service was great and the milkshake was incredible!

The food and service were fantastic. It was a great first experience! I recommend anyone coming to Hershey, to visit The Chocolatier.

Food was just good/okay. Burger was the best option but every single item was way overpriced. For the quality of the food, you are severely overcharged. I was expecting better for Hershey. Burger was good, but not $20 good. Service was just okay, not super attentive waiter, never came back during meal to check on us and see if we needed drink refills. Overall I don’t think I would return just due to price alone.

The burger was fantastic! The appetizer carousel was subpar. Waitress was not attentive. Hostess was not friendly. Both the hostess and I believe the manager were behind the desk when we left and did not even say goodbye. No one else around. Expected to pay for parking.
