The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. Our waitress was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my food allergies (gluten, cheese). My daughter was able to get a beyond burger and the server made helpful suggestions in dipping sauces. She landed on peanut butter of all things and it was delicious! The milkshakes are a work of art and large enough for 2. Everyone was happy with our meal choices.

We traveled to Hershey for a Green Day concert and made reservations in advanced for dinner before the show. The concert was canceled while we were in route, so we decided to continue on and stick with dinner our plans. We had a mobility challenged person with us who could not enjoy the park. We explained to the host that the dinner had become our big event. He made sure we had a quiet table with a great view. We had a fabulous server named True who was so friendly and engaging. We enjoyed delicious chocolate themed apps, dinner, and dessert and we felt welcomed and not a bit rushed. It was really perfect. It’s a busy place but due to the specific table and server we had a fancy dining experience. It was perfect- thanks to all!

Me and my family had a pretty bad day with canceled concerts and other factors, but the chocolatier saved the day! They took incredible care of us! Food, fabulous! Service, fabulous! Our waiter, fabulous! They really helped make us smile and really turned our day around. 10/10

Kitchen needs better expediting. Where we were seated we could see the window where food was getting passed forward. They were consistently 3-4 dishes deep, meaning food was coming out rapidly but would sit and cool while waiting for the expediter to put them on trays for the waitstaff to pass out. We watched them have no sense of urgency while waiters were waiting to get food out. None of our dishes were hot. We got the Ferris wheel sampler and the wings in it were cold. Two of our mains came in cast iron skillets that were barely warm. It took over an hour to get our dinner. All of us liked our dinner except for the Mac n cheese from the main menu. It had no cheese flavor, we ended up asking for extra bbq sauce to pour over it to make it edible. A smaller number of our party ate lunch here the day before and had a much better experience in terms of food getting out faster.

Everything about our visit to The Chocolatier was fine except for the LONG wait to get our food after we had ordered. Our server, Antonio, was very good, personable, and helpful.
