The Chocolatier serves up family fare with a fun spin, and hints of chocolate. The space features past and present pieces from the Hersheypark® ride collection, one-of-a-kind views of neighboring attractions, and a second-story patio and bar. The Chocolatier celebrates the life and legacy of our founder, Milton S. Hershey, by continuing to bring people together for happiness, fun, and of course, chocolate.

Join us Saturday & Sunday, November 29 - December 22th and December 24th from 8 - 10:00 AM for Breakfast With Santa! Adults (12+) $35.95, Kids (3-11) $22.95, children 2 and under are free. Prices do not include tax and gratuity. Reservations required. Alcohol is not available until 9 AM on Sundays. **Please arrive on time to ensure enough time with Santa he must go feed his reindeer promptly at 10:30. **

I’m giving 5 stars for the service because our server went above and beyond to make our experience as pleasant as possible, despite some major issues. While we were seated promptly at our reservation time, we waited 15 minutes to place our order, which was understandable given the pre-concert rush at Hershey Stadium. However, it took 35 minutes for our drinks from the bar to arrive, and by then, our food—cold chicken nachos and a pepperoni flatbread with greasy pepperoni—had already been served. Our server was very attentive and brought us extra warm queso to help with the nachos, but the kitchen and bar were clearly struggling. Our server should not have to apologize over and over. Considering concerts are planned well in advance, the large crowd should not have been a surprise. He added a discount to our check, we never asked and assured him we knew the issues were out of his control. We’ve always looked forward to dining at The Chocolatier before concerts at Hersheypark, but after this experience, we might take a break from it for a while.

We were seated at 5:15 for our 4:45 reservations Ten minutes later we got water ten minutes later they took our order thirty minutes later we got food but I watched it sit another ten under the heat lamp- Management needs to understand when only reservation is taking for concert nights to plan accordingly Servers were running all over it was insane

We had a great meal and the staff was great. It was a concert night so the restaurant was very busy and the staff handled it so well. The food was delicious.

I understand it was a concert night but our waitress was not friendly. And seemed busy. Also told her no jalapeños on the nachos and they still came out with jalapeños about 45 minutes later… So I was not willing to have them remade. They seemed only interested in big tables and entertaining the bigger tables. I do not know when I will be back, but we are passholders at the park and used to come often, but I don’t know when we’ll come back again.

The restaurant was not crowded at all yet our food took 45 mins. Server was snippy when I asked about it. Then my food didn’t even come correctly and was missing a side. Would not return or recommend.

If your seats are overlooking the gift shop area, you will hear the sound of popping cork guns non-stop, which for us was 75 minutes. The food is tasty but $26 Mac & cheese and $20 for the least expensive burger is a little much.

Overall it was a great experience. I was disappointed that I paid nearly $9 for a latte and didn’t get a full cup.it was delicious. The waiter was good but a little slower to come back to the table. I just felt we were always waiting on him for something. We will return though!

The food was great as well as fun and the atmosphere was fantastic but what put it over the top was our server Renee. Her kindness and positive vibes to guest as well as other coworkers was refreshing to see and an absolute delight.

Hostess called my party of two and as I was walking to the hostess stand someone else said to the hostess I’m Ryan but party of three. She didn’t even confirm if it was the right person. My wife and tried to tell her we were the party of two but she just ignored us. And I’m telling you it was less than 10 seconds from when I heard my name til they took the other party off to our seats. What is worse is that we had a scheduled reservation that we checked in 20 minutes early for our reservation. I’m not sure if that group had a reservation or not, but the fact they were seated before me and other people who had a reservation is an issue. Then the service was slow, and although the food was good it wasn’t worth the price. We will never eat here again. I will eat somewhere in the park before I ever think about eating here again.
