Nestled in the Norfolk village of Hainford, you’ll find beautiful, exposed beams, authentic stone floors and open fire places inside this 18th Century thatched country pub & dining room.

A country pub through and through serving local ales, artisan spirits and a menu full of the best seasonal produce curated by Executive Chef Pete Murrell and his team. Food was very nice and service very good. It was just a shame having pre-booked for a birthday meal that we were told on arrival that several of the main menu options were unavailable leaving a very limited choice. Had we have known beforehand we probably would have cancelled and gone elsewhere.

We went there as a couple and I had the chicken on the 2 course menu and was very nice and my partner had the burger . Very nice ! will be back

Overall a pleasant experience. Staff attentive. Only comment that I would make is that the rugs need to either be thrown away or cleaned

Awesome food as always! Regular here! Went for Fathers Day yesterday was great! Big group of us no issues what so ever. Staff and Food brilliant cannot fault ever!

We went out for Fathers Day my husband ordered the liver and bacon, the liver was tough and inedible, the rest of the meal was fine. We did tell the waitress.

Booked for 1700, so was quiet and we received personal service, we had the place to ourselves. Food arrived promptly with cheerful and friendly chat. Food was nice and tasty.

Great food and good choices on the menu. Was a very quiet night compared to other times we have been but service was good and reasonably priced. Would recommend.
