   Again another great meal. Food is always incredible and the value is worth it. Can’t wai to come back again

   We loved the new restaurant and would of given 5 stars for everything, unfortunately the drinks were split all over my daughter in the bar area and even though they were replaced perhaps a gesture of not paying for them may of better service recovery. The staff member was very apologetic but still my daughter was soaked her handbag became sticky etc.

   Our waitress was absolutely fantastic today - amazing service! Food was incredible as usual and we couldn’t fault anything. Immaculate dining experience!

   Every course cooked to perfection and with amazing flavours. Only criticism is a few loud people laughing loudly while drinking in the bar during the first couple of courses. The 3 days notice for cancellation is an issue for us as we have a relative who is ill and we may need to postpone at short notice. I understand why this is necessary but I think 24hrs would be more appropriate. Thanks for a great evening and looking forward to our next visit.

   Food exquisite but let down by terrible service - won’t go again so many better places to go in Chester.

   As always excellent food and service. A little bit over lit, but we know that is how they are. The Sommelier was very helpful with choosing wine. The wine list is full of unusual bottles so it is nice to have some guidance. Not the cheapest place in Chester but well worth paying a bit extra for food of this quality.

   Although the food was very good and we had an enjoyable evening we did not receive the 20% discount for Tuesday evenings in March that was advertised on their website. We were told we should have written it on our booking. I think this is very duplicitous and left a bad taste. Unfortunately we will not be back.

    Second time visited the restaurant and did not disappoint. Food was tasty and great portion sizes. It is one of the few restaurants that I will always recommend for high quality of food, service and value for money. The Sommelier was very friendly, attentive and ensured we were happy customers. He was the best in providing customer service. My friend who I went with was unsure about the recommended wine with her dish and the Sommelier suggested a few alternatives which was super helpful.
