The Chefs Table est un petit restaurant indépendant au cœur de la ville de Chester, proposant les meilleurs produits locaux dans des menus de saison en constante évolution. L'établissement travaille en étroite collaboration avec ses fournisseurs, particulièrement avec une association de producteurs biologiques sous le nom de The Natural Veg Men, située à 24 km du restaurant. Ce rapprochement permet aux chefs de travailler avec des produits incroyables et inspirants. Lors du dîner, le restaurant propose un menu à la carte réduit, avec une offre incroyable de 2 plats pour 15 GBP et 3 plats pour 18 GBP. Dans la soirée, vous profiterez d'un menu complet à la carte comprenant un large éventail de plats innovants et originaux à base des meilleurs produits disponibles. Our food was beautifully presented and was absolutely delicious. Staff very knowledgeable and attentive, it was a busy Saturday evening, but didn’t feel rushed or forgotten! Will be back again.

Fantastic fabulous experiance, service and attentiveness was second to none, just the right amount. Wonderful flavour combinations , new experiences that left you waiting for the next. Delicious Sunday lunch, everything about it was amazing, the lobster starter dish was unlike anything I’ve eaten before an utterly delicious combination of ingredients. the pork chop on the Roast menu was beautifully cooked and the stuffed Yorkshire pudding was a meal in itself! All the veg was cooked with the most flavour brought out individually and the gravy is the stickiest richest ever! The worst part of the meal was that I didn’t have any room left for pudding!!

Excellent food and service, only the ambience of the restaurant is lacking. In particular, the lighting and background music quality, makes you feel like you’re eating in a cafe, rather than a high end restaurant. Food is definitely 5 stars and the best Chester has to offer!

Another excellent meal. Haggis fritters with Katsu curry sauce, iberico pork, venison & pigeon, tiramisu all washed down with a nice bottle of Spanish red. 20% off so bill including service charge was £107. Outstanding value
