THE CHATHAM CUT offers an especially unique, intimate dining experience.

We specialize in freshly-cut meats. Our steaks are freshly-cut every day.

The Chatham Cut does NOT use pre-packaged previously cut pre-weighed plastic-wrapped meat, or cook our steaks using the "Sous Vide," method as many other non-specialist restaurants do. Every "Cut," is fresh, which offers the special flavor profile our guests have searched for.

Our offerings are prepared in the true steakhouse old-world tradition. Side options are also steakhouse traditional, with fresh vegetables as well as loaded baked potatoes.

For those who love seafood, we offer our oysters, sourced from within walking distance and many exciting spins on traditional offerings. The Cut's Yellowfin Tuna is popular as a Tartar as well as our Sushi-Grade Entree.

Delightful! As locals here for the first time, we had heard that it was noisy and out-of-this-world expensive. We found neither to be true. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening, the pace of service, and our server Amy was excellent.

Only steaks they had were filets - not the steak experience I was looking for - if you are going to go cheap and not order steaks before you close then you need to give me the option of making a reservation at another steak house - this was a poor move on the owners part and makes me think twice about coming here -

Fantastic service and ambiance was great! My husband really enjoyed the steak tips! I had a Caesar salad and unfortunately, it tasted like bagged lettuce.

My food was not even edible. My husband’s was just ok. Didn’t tell the management because they were already short staffed and we just wanted to leave.

Excellent service, food was outstanding, great ambiance. Its a pleasure there are still some outstanding upscale restaurants that still offer an experience worth the cost.

My husband picked the finest restaraunt for a non-seafood eater for a New Years Eve treat for me as we moved to the area only a couple months ago. When we pulled into the parking lot I was afraid it was going to be a let down. But I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The service and food was impeccable! We were treated to complimentary champagne to toast the new year. We each had filet mignon which was cooked exactly to perfection. We ordered a side but didn't need it as the salad and chowder were very large portions. We have found a favorite that while pricey, is worth the cost for a special night out and such amazing friendly and attentive staff.

We had a wonderful meal at the Cut. 4 adults and 2 picky teens were all happy. Old Fashioned Cocktail is a standout.

First time at the Cut, we will definitely be back. Prime rib was delicious, and the swordfish was delicious!

Food as always was great, but what made this the best meal we’ve had at The Cut so far was Jason, the bartender! Jason was attentive without being overbearing and accommodated us with small requests. All of the bartenders at the Chatham Cut have been great but Jason just brought it up another notch! Wish you would get a year-round liquor license to be able to stay open year-round!
