THE CHATHAM CUT offers an especially unique, intimate dining experience.

We specialize in freshly-cut meats. Our steaks are freshly-cut every day.

The Chatham Cut does NOT use pre-packaged previously cut pre-weighed plastic-wrapped meat, or cook our steaks using the "Sous Vide," method as many other non-specialist restaurants do. Every "Cut," is fresh, which offers the special flavor profile our guests have searched for.

Our offerings are prepared in the true steakhouse old-world tradition. Side options are also steakhouse traditional, with fresh vegetables as well as loaded baked potatoes.

For those who love seafood, we offer our oysters, sourced from within walking distance and many exciting spins on traditional offerings. The Cut's Yellowfin Tuna is popular as a Tartar as well as our Sushi-Grade Entree.

We had dinner last night at the Chatham Cut. Very nice place. Excellent food and service. The staff was very welcoming and the the atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable, I would certainly go back

First time eating here. Had great experience. Nice ambiance, different. Modern but classic. Food excellent. Lobster ravioli, sole, hangar steak. All delicious, seasoned well without overwhelming the taste buds. Will return.

Delicious meal that we enjoyed very much. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Our filets were delicious. Clams casino appetizer and pumpkin ravioli appetizers were on special and they were amazing. Menu in the restaurant was more limited than on line. No rib eye, crab on side etc but still plenty to choose from. It’s the off season now so may have had to tighten the menu a bit. I should also mention my dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives and a chilled martini glass was delicious Finished with the flourless chocolate cake that was dense and smooth You will get a good meal at the Cut

Great dining experience. Amy was a wonderful server who offered great suggestions which allowed us a relaxing dinner after a day of travel. Dimi was also great assisting us as well. Will definitely return on our next trip here.

Disappointing. My steak was over cooked and tough. It was replaced with a prime rib that was okay. Service was not very good. Nobody asked how the prime rib was. Only good thing was the drinks.

I wanted to love this place. We were greeted warmly at the front and seated earlier than our reservation. The menu was exciting and varied. We ordered the chopped salad, shrimp cocktail, haddock and steak tips. The steak tips were cooked perfectly but arrived cold. Our server never came back to check on us, so I couldn’t even let her correct the issue. So I ate cold meat. It was tasty but unpleasant due to temperature. Our baked potato was cold also—so the loaded toppings were caked together on top. Again—we never saw our server until much later to report the issue, and by that point it was moot and too late. The server never asked to refill our drinks (we would’ve loved another round, so this was a missed opportunity). Server did not offer us coffee—though we wanted it, and had to flag her down to order. This place needs some finer tuning to really be a top notch place in Chatham.

Food was excellent and prepared and served promptly. Service was outstanding. Drinks and appetizers were served quickly and tasted great. Atmosphere was pleasant, and conversation was easy across the table. Our server, Rose was incredibly efficient and talking to her was delightful. My wife and have 3 -4 fantastic meals here over the last 6 months. We highly recommend the restaurant.
