Burger was only redeeming factor. Service was really not good. The whole downstairs was smoky from kitchen and our clothes wreaked of the restaurant. Our table wasn’t ready for 25 minutes past our reservation. The ambience downstairs is much worse than upstairs. Overall poor experience.

The Service Staff is effecient, friendly, and helpful. The Seared Branzino was DELICIOUS! Fried Plantains were nicely done too. The crispy Chicken Sandwich was perfectly cooked and fries were just right. We were very pleased with our dining experiece. The dessert was so-so. We ordered one Butter Cake to share, which was plenty for 2 people. The cake was heavily doused with what I would call Nestle's Chocolate Syrup. Not a big fan. Maybe if adding a chocolate sauce, make a better quality sauce. Otherwise, what's the point?! Our waiter James was on top of everything! Nicely done, James!

We had a 6:15 reservation last night. When we ordered the himachi crudo for an appetizer we were informed they were completely out of the item so had to choose an alternative. Then we went to order our main course and a salad we were informed that they were completely out of their Caesar salad. Really?? We were at an early seating and less than pleased to hear that our choices were completely unavailable. Who runs out of Caesar salad for a 6:15 reservation when there are only 3 salads to choose from. My friend ordered her drink when we arrived and it was made incorrect because of miscommunication between the waiter and bartender. Food was good but nothing amazing. Overall service was mediocre and will not be eager to go back in the future.

Loved the food and drinks. The place is gorgeous, the staff was very friendly. My water glass stayed full! I love that. The happy hour was great with great prices. I will definitely be back!

This was my first time eating here this establishment was amazing. The food was amazing, the customer service was amazing. Overall location price and quality of food was amazing. Will definitely be coming back

From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Our waitress, Mercedes, truly elevated our dining experience with her exceptional service. She was attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring our glasses were full and that we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot-on; she clearly knows the menu inside and out.

We were running late so we called and were accommodated by a short wait upon arrival. Our waitress, Lauren, was attentive. We all would only recommend coming here for appetizers and cocktails. We tried quite a few things, one of which was the snapper. It arrived undercooked. We split it as it is noted and noticed it was not cooked and had blood coming from it. When asked how everything was, we asked to try something else. We were still charged for half of it. Our waitress brought another that was larger a few minutes later and suggested that the chef said “our other one was too small”. Not sure how that impacts it being cooked throughly and why it wasn’t made right. We still opted for something different. We got the spaghetti and catfish (requested it to be fried hard). It was again - undercooked. Definitely would not recommend the fish here. All of the other food was liked by our party of 3. Our favorite was the calamari. Also, we were charged gratuity of 22% for a party of 3 without verbal or written notice. I didn’t notice this until after we left the restaurant — how odd that was for our party size — so I called for understanding as there is no mention on the website and the hostess was unaware when I called (leaving me on hold 5 mins to get confirmation herself) and no mention on receipt. She returned saying they automatically charge gratuity on the weekends. We went at 3pm. Again, party of 3 and no mention of this anywhere or by anyone. We were happy with our waitress, but overall the service could be improved for the reasons mentioned. It definitely impacted our overall experience at this restaurant and I hate that.

The valet service when we arrived was horrible. It took forever due to the staff socializing with each other. The cocktails were pedestrian and the food was poor in quality. If they want to make it on Henderson at that price point they are gonna need to step it up…

The music was load enough that we asked for them to turn it down, but the food was amazing. I really love the Cajun twist they had on their meals and why I would come back again!
