The experience was all around great. The hostess was wonderful, we arrived 40min before our reservation and she was able to accommodate us. Our server, Jayla, was very nice and provided great service. The espresso and pornstar martini were so good. They ran into a bit of a hiccup with the mixer for the martini, but kept me updated on when the mixer would arrive. Great experience, and I will be back!

Highly recommend for a date night or girls night out. The happy hour value is great and you can find fantastic small bites and cocktails on the menu. The pornstar martini and chargrilled oysters were absolutely delicious. The entrees were absolutely delicious however the portions were a little smaller than I would expect for the price. The atmosphere was great. They have a gorgeous upstairs bar, with very friendly bartenders, perfect to come early for a drink before your res. The patio is also beautiful and spacious seating.

This was our second time coming to The Charlotte. I love the ambiance here, upscale casual. The servers were very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We had the Hamachi appetizer, spinach and artichoke dip, Cesar salad, lamb chops, branzino, and the spicy vodka pasta. I would order them all again, but I was especially impressed with the branzino, so yummy. Can’t wait to come back again!

The charlotte was AMAZING. Food was so delicious & well seasoned, the aesthetic is cute and friendly. Our waitress Colby was awesome & was sooo knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I can’t wait to come back!

This place has so much potential to be great but fell flat. Let’s start with service…. No greeting or introduction once we were seated. We had to get the server’s attention to get our orders started. She seemed overwhelmed and like more staff may be needed. On to the food. The cocktails were really good so shout out to the bartenders. I ordered lamb chops medium well and each one was cooked at a different temperature. One was raw…not rare. But the sauce it’s prepared in is very delicious. It’s such a cute place and I know they are still in the beginning phase so I hope when I return it gets better.

The service at The Charlotte is excellent!" The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Great vibe of music and restaurant aesthetics.

Bad service and dishes and drinks were constantly being taken away without even being asked if we were done.

The food and atmosphere were amazing! Happy hour is from 4-7 Monday-Friday. We got caesar salad and spinach artichoke dip for appetizers. Both were great! We got spicy vodka pasta with chicken, smash burger, and crab fingers as our meals. All were great options! I highly recommend coming!
