We arrived at 5:20 for our 5:30 pm reservation so we expected a little bit of a wait. We checked in with the hostess who said they’d get us to our table in 10 min. They didn’t end up seating us until 6:10 pm, 40 min after our reservation. The hostess was not communicative to the 10+ people waiting in the front door area and it was completely unorganized. Everyone around us had been waiting for at least 30 min after their reservation time before they were seated. Because of our wait, the staff rushed out our food, but we were left with no plates or water/ drinks. When our drinks did arrive they were too sweet (espresso martini + margarita), but the food was good (calamari, spinach dip, smash cheeseburger + fries) and our waitress was nice. Not sure if we will go back due to the crazy wait time, which seems like a frequent complaint from previous customers.

I came across The Charlotte after googling NYE events for Singles. I purchased the Countdown Celebration event ticket and this was my first time visiting The Charlotte. The atmosphere is really nice, well thought out in terms of decor and space. My lower ratings are due to two details- me having a reservation table for 1 and being offered the Bar. I don't drink alcoholic beverages however the service by the two ladies that night, was amazing in terms of customer service. They were both attentive. Also, the music selection did not cater to the whole room, but instead certain genres. At times, it didn't sound like the DJ was reading the room. Overall, I plan to visit again, during a "regular day," and experience the food menu.

It was a great time Dominic at the bar made it stand out and Steven the manager added to the experience. Food was delicious and Will the chef needs to be commended. Must try

Over all everything was fabulous, however I was totally surprised of how small the restaurant was by comparing the pictures and video from TikTok even the bar area was small.

Made a reservation and still had to wait almost an hour to be seated. I would say the ambiance and vibe is a 10 but the food was underwhelming. We had Plantains,crab cakes (decent) , Suya steak skewers (lacked flavor) and the crab fingers (oily). The plantains were the best part honestly. I would go back and maybe hang at the bar because the vibe and energy was great.

I love this restaurant the food and drinks was amazing love the teddy bear theme. Great photo opportunities. Great for girls night , birthday dinner, lunch, happy hour or date night. One of my favorite spots in Dallas
