We've been here a few times and always enjoy it. It is such a nice, cozy atmosphere with really good food. Drinks were excellent. My wife got the duck and I got the halibut. Both were fantastic. We'll be back for sure!

Server was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The atmosphere was nice, great for date night. The food and drinks were delicious!

It was amazing! Ordered the green tomatoes, spinach dip, charcuterie board, mushroom Wellington and braised rib. Every bit of it was delicious!

The service was slow. The first two rounds of brunch drinks we chose to order resulted in the wait staff coming back to tell us twice that they didn’t have the ingredients to make them. Third go round, we finally got our third choices. The food was fine, nothing special.

Our party of 5 enjoyed our first experience here! The intimate setting and live (but not loud) music made for a very nice atmosphere. Our reservation was @ 7:15 and there were several tables occupied. Things became a bit quieter closer to 8pm as. Our server was excellent in answering questions, bringing refills, etc. Entrees were delicious. We had the duck, crab cakes, pork tenderloin, and chicken dish. Portion sizes were just right to be able to enjoy an appetizer & dessert. We plan to return!

We really enjoyed the food and the professionalism of the restaurant. The waiter was very helpful and the atmosphere was amazing! My only complaint is that it was a little snug, not very much distance between your table and the table next to you.

Steaks well cooked. Steak knives very dull. Need better knives. Fries good. Very generic mashed potatoes are the default starch. Improve the mashed potatoes or default to another choice. Wine very good. Service excellent, Kelsey. Ambiance very nice. #1 change should be steak knives sharper than a butter knife.

Service was excellent. Food was good. Person that waited us was mindful that we were having a business lunch. She was attentive and allowed us to work with very view interruptions.

Anniversary dinner was great. The Chalkboard is in an historic hotel and the restaurant atmosphere was excellent. The service was great and the food was fantastic. The Chalkboard Wellington was cooked to perfection and very tender. The lamb lollipops were very generous with 3 well seasoned pieces. We both had the mashed potatoes to accompany our selections. Highly recommend for a unique dinning experience.

Food was delicious, got homemade gnocchi and the lollipop lamb and was an explosion of flavor in my mouth. I was at the bar and Marlon the bartending was very polite and good
