Le Chalkboard est un restaurant confortable niché au niveau inférieur de l'historique hôtel Ambassador. Le mélange de saveurs continentales et européennes fait du Chalkboard l'un des emplacements de choix pour manger à Tulsa. Le restaurant propose trois salles privées et un service de traiteur. Il est ouvert pour le déjeuner, le dîner et le souper, sept jours par semaine et 365 jours par an. I've been here many times but its never been great. On my last visit, service was slow and the Salmon entree was bland. I may give it another shot but not likely. Too many other great options downtown.

The Chalkboard always has wonderful food and service! They had a full house the day we lunched with them so it was a bit noisy. The service was excellent. I highly recommend giving The Chalkboard a try!

Spent a special anniversary here with the valentines menu, food was exceptional and full of flavor. Service was adequate, it was a busy night but it gave us time to enjoy the dinner. Will be coming back soon to try the full menu

The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was also really impressive. The food was good, but nothing crazy. Would go back again to try something new, but would never order the same thing again.

Went here for Valentine’s Day and the environment was very romantic. Dimly lit with live music. The food and service was decent. The steak entrees were a bit overpriced for what I got. Steak was cooked a hair over and the asparagus were under cooked. Drinks and everything else were great.

Restaurant came recommended as a nice upscale restaurant to enjoy good food and have a romantic evening. Made reservations to enjoy a nice evening. Drinks took over 20 minutes to get but were delicious. When the waiter delivered the menu he began by saying the following items were not available and then caught himself and said, “It’s quicker to tell you what is on the menu and proceeded to tell us on 3 things were still available, disappointing but ok. Placed our order and poor guy comes back to say in fact 1 of those is not available. What would you like?” Seriously! Guess the 1 non vegetarian option you have left. This was a long date night in the planning and this level of service is unacceptable at such a restaurant. And honestly the food was not at a level to justify the cost, the steak was not really above a standard steakhouse quality. Waiter was ok, not his fault. Drinks were good but took forever. Menu was non-existent and quality was not exceptional.

After quite a few years, we ventured back to The Chalkboard. We were glad that we did. Fairly busy Saturday night but you couldn't tell - the service was impeccable and the food was outstanding and well paced. The head chef even came out to greet us which we thought was a great touch. All four of us commented that we will be heading back quicker than our last visit.
