Order Chicken Parmesan, Chicken was what seemed to be deep fried or certainly left in the pan too long if it wasn't. It was over cooked, not golden brown and made the chicken very dry. When brought to managments attention she didn't seem to be to interested in the problem. Simple saying sorry we will pay for your dessert.

Food was ok service was excellent prices were a bit higher for the quality but it’s in a great location for a lot of things so give it a try

Our Chilean Sea Bass was among the best we've ever had and the strip steak perfectly prepared (medium rare). Beyond the very good food, however, we are grateful for how kindly the staff treated our 11 year old grandson who is still learning the joys of fine dining. Jay, our server, was extremely efficient, friendly, and humorous. He made a special drink for our grandson and was very interactive and helpful. The manager, who's name I apologize for not catching, was also generous with her attention including taking a photo of us as a keepsake and bringing our grandson a surprise dessert. The three of us had a great time and are very appreciative.

If you don't think of Pizza when you go to Centro you should. We ordered a Honey Pepperoni at our servers recommendation and the sausage pizza. The presentation alone blew us away. Pizzas so beautiful you wanted to take photos before you dug in. Both pizzas were so incredibly delicious there was little to choose between them. It was a bonus to have leftovers to take home. My guest raved that he was going to bring his girlfriend back very very soon! Our server Sauddi made all the right suggestions and was spectacularly attentive the entire meal. Thanks for a perfect outdoor lunch experience.

We ate there before the JT concert. Absolutely loved the decor, and they were playing his music…so fun! Service took forever, food was just so-so. Breakfast in the morning was great!

Unfortunately our first and last visits was really disappointing! From the host stand to settling the check everything was super slow. The food was served cold or just warm. The server was not available to us for drink refills or needs that arose during my birthday brunch. We got the brunch board - The pancakes & French toast were cold. The bacon was very overdone. The sausages were just ok. I requested pico & sour cream, hot sauce and onions/cheese for my hashbrowns & breakfast burrito. None of those requests were provided. We definitely will not be back. It was NOT busy - Many open tables. Disappointing

All in all good experience the only down side is the restrooms one uses in the hotel were not clean
