Potion making was such fun! Food & drinks were delish too! Definitely a must do if in NYC!

Do not bring any birthday cake here. They brought it out still in the box and handed us a lighter with a butter knife and paper plates. They then tried to charge us $35 for a cake cutting fee which we were able to remove from the bill after arguing the charge. Also no one came to check on us once and the service was very slow/not polite.

The atmosphere itself was very nice and I would like to think that the experience would’ve been better on a different day. However, when we went, we waited an hour for just 4 drinks. We also almost got charged for multiple other drinks that different tables ordered and had to get the bill fixed more than once. Staff was inattentive but probably just because they seemed to be understaffed. They were nice when you actually spoke to them though but still overall not a great experience. We also really did not like the drinks and they closed the kitchen earlier than advertised.

We only booked a dinner reservation and when we got there all staff seemed confused by us being there. The host pointed to a table next to the front door and said to just sit there. It then took 20 minutes to get a menu. Eventually a different host asked us if we ordered and when we said no he went and got the bartender. She came over and asked if we were okay then took our drink order only. When we got the drinks she just dropped them and left. We went up to the bar 20 min later to ask how we order food and the bartender said do whatever you want. We then ordered and got food. DESPITE the odd service interactions everything else was good. There were a lot of children running around but not the restaurants fault. Food and drinks were great. Just seems like this is more of a potion glass only type place and not a dinner only place.

We did not have a good experience at all. Took my kids there for a fun Halloween experience. Please note- we did not sign up for a class. Just went there to eat and order the fun drinks. Food and drinks were really low level subpar. Menu is very limited. Def not a place I would take my kids again. Decorations are cool!

Wow, what a fun night and experience. Took my wonderful wife out for a fun experience. Staff were helpful and warm. Menu for food was light but the drinks were "off the hizzle fo' shizzle" to quote the hemp balladeer, Snoop Dog. Seriously, the recipies, quality of ingredients are all top shelf. While our potion making course only included two of the four recipies, we are going to go back to experience the other two. In addition, they have seasonal events that we will look forward to experience. Thank you Cauldron NYC Flatiron for a fun night.
