    Wife and I were in town to see if Natchez might be a contender as a place to retire and were looking for the best restaurant in town. We were impressed by the Castle. The menu included some old standards (when was the last time you saw carpaccio on a menu?) and a solid variety of appetizers and salads to go with the solid choices of entrees. The wine list was not full of fluff, and the limited selection of wine by the glass were enough to find a solid choice to match our meal choices. Our server, Asia, was a delight. The bar and kitchen were Saturday-busy but she kept us informed and entertained while we waited for each course. Wr will ask gor her every time we return. The restaurant was set on the grounds of a well preserved plantation home, where we will definitely consider staying in the future, The lighting was brighter than expected but appreciated when we went to read the menus. We declined dessert as much because we were full as our dissatisfaction with the offerings. Odd and unnecessary alterations to such classic desserts as creme brûlée.

    We went for the Sunday Brunch and it was excellent. We had a table of 7 and everyone ordered something different. The Dunleith Omelet with prime rib was superb, pancakes, poached eggs and crab cakes and the fried fish all got rave reviews from the table. The service was great with a very attentive waitress. We will be back…

    We are frequent patrons and dined in the Castle Pub and sat at the bar. Our drinks, poured by Ricky were wonderful and our pulled pork sliders and shrimp and grits were as good as ever. Very enjoyable Friday evening casual dinner!!

    I loved the restaurant and pub. The food was delicious. The mixologist is a wonderful craft cocktail creator. The staff was engaging and accommodating. Love this place!

    Ate here last year on our anniversary and the food was delicious! Decided to do a repeat while again visiting Natchez to celebrate our anniversary. The food and service were amazing. Our server , Mandy I believe was fabulous! Really seeet personality!!

    We went down to the Pub for drinks before dinner, they were some of the best we’ve ever had. Dinner was incredible, and our server was the sweetest. The pecan crusted redfish and the shrimp and grits were perfection!

    Wonderful place to dine. My evening go to when visiting Natchez. Always consistent. Beautiful restaurant and great service. Food was wonderful
