Lovely anniversary dinner here - the cold bar truly is fantastic! We had the Boussois oysters and the crab claws. Can’t decide which we loved more. The small vineyard wine and dinner were delish! Thanks for a great night!

The Carlin is an upbeat, upscale restaurant in beautiful Breckenridge that offers delicious food and very attentive wait staff. We were delighted with our evening and will return soon,

Surpassed expectations! Service was incredible, attentive but not rushed. Food was fabulous! Highly recommend their cocktails! Bang for the buck! Especially happy hour. Don’t leave without ordering biscuits! YUM.

All the food was amazing! Staff was friendly and so helpful, Grayson suggested a great wine paring with my meal and I couldn’t be happier! It was a great way to celebrate our anniversary!

Wow, one of the nicest restaurants in Summit County, why did it take us so long to get there! The service and dedication to detail was a 10. The food was fantastic; we had fresh oysters, ceviche and shared shrimp scampi…. We look forward to coming back, next time a steak!
