Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

Always a 5-star experience at Carbon; Even this time, when we were informed by our server during seating that there could be a potential delay as the kitchen was overwhelmed; When it did look like a delay would materialize, our servers were there to frequently update us and take additional drink orders; In the end, the manager comped some of our drinks, and it didn't go unnoticed there were a few extra oysters in our dozen; Absolute class in handling what must have been a challenging dinner rush; The food was top-notch as always; Split the kimchee burnt ends and bbq ribs with my wife, and we were thrilled; Probably the best bbq ribs in town (Sorry Cherry St!)

Service and food were fantastic. Was there with my wife and daughters, everyone was happy with their meals and the overall restaurant.

We looked for a restaurant near Massey Hall and ended up here. Food was fantastic and our server was a real pleasure. Highly recommend.

Cocktails were very beautifully done and made. Loved our shrimp appetizer, it was grilled to perfection with just a simple seasoning and a sweet red pepper sauce. We had the octopus and the rib eye steak frites. The octopus was just okay - it was nicely grilled but for some reason, the sauce didn’t quite go well with it, the chorizos on the side were shrivelled and the eggplant that came with it lacked flavour. The Steak, however, was delicious—very tender even if grilled at medium and perfectly lightly seasoned allowing the flavour of the beef to stand out. I think what made it incredible is their chimichurri sauce, the best I’ve had!

With short notice to entertain a guest from overseas, Carbon Bar hit the sweet spot with its food and atmosphere. The ambiance was just right, and the BBQ dishes were impressive, leaving the guest satisfied. It was the perfect choice for the occasion!

Party of 4. First timers at the Carbon Bar and it was amazing. Very unique and welcoming space. Super friendly staff and so knowledgeable about all food and drinks. A wonderful hint of hickory and maple smoke hangs in the air (not overwhelming). You just knew they would have a great whiskey tasting menu and that is an understatement. Best bbq I have ever had in Canada. Brisket 10, dry ribs 10, jalapeño corn bread was out of this word. Southern portions for sure. Drinks, wine list and food way under the average for price for a night out in Toronto. Our guests loved it. Lots on the menu for non BBQ lovers as well. A must go!

I took my husband here for dinner on his birthday. We experienced happy hour where we got to try almost all the apps on the menu. Everything was 10/10. My husband ordered the smokin manhattan and he said it was perfect. We shared the carbon burger and it was very delicious. The fries were crispy yet tender - how fries should be. For dessert, our server Sula recommended the Kentucky derby pie which was amazing!!! Never had anything like this. We will definitely be coming back and bringing family and friends!
