    Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

    I think I may have discovered my favorite restaurant in Toronto. Firstly, my server, Ishmet, was absolutely wonderful. He engaged in conversation to help me choose and even accommodated my request for a substitute item on the meat platter. I thought i would come for a hurried dinner but the food was sooo good! The meat was tender and tasty! I even enjoyed the bread that came with the pastrami carpaccio appetizer—perfectly buttered and toasted! The carrot cake dessert was the perfect bow to wrap up the night. I was truly impressed by the 3-course meal. The ambience was also great even if dimly-lit. As a solo diner, I appreciated that I was not made to eat at the bar or in any awkward section which truly gladdened my heart. I can’t wait to come back and sample something else. Thanks for the impeccable hospitality, TCB! ⭐️

    My wife and I had a reserved a table at 6:30 PM on 22nd August 2024. The both of us chose the $55/Person 3-Course Meal Option. Between the 2 of us, we ordered the Caesar Salad and Empanadas for Appetizers, BBQ Plate and BBQ Trout for the Mains, and the Carrot Cake and Toffee Brownie for Desserts. We had some Mocktails and also ordered the Shishito Peppers with our Appetizers. The food was great, though I didn't really enjoy the Carrot Cake. I mean, I have had a lot of better one's in the past so this one, seemed average to me. I doubt it was made in house, so cannot fault the Carbon Bar for it. The rest of the food was delicious. I do have to give a shout out to our Server who was amazing. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I would like to thank her for the great service she provided us. She was friendly, attentive and treated us wonderfully. Her service really pushed our experience to a 100. Made me forget about the Carrot Cake for a bit. Haha. The 2 of us will definitely be back. Great place for Date Night.

    Hands down easily the best ribs I’ve ever had. The Pork Belly appetizer is full of flavour and large enough for a meal. The Carbon Burger was full of flavour and lived up to the hype. The atmosphere was great and so was the service. It’s priced on the higher end, but you definitely get the most bang for your buck with the portions. This is a must go restaurant!

    Service was good. Drinks were good. Food was very average both seafood platter and bbq platter. Expected much more for a specialty restaurant. Will not likely go again.

    Very good in all ways except being charged $111.00 for an $11 drink. Server should actually look at the bill before giving it to customer. Had it been a more complicated bill I might not have noticed. Food and everything else very nice.

    Hi Brian, I just review your bill from yesterday, the total was $179 for 5 drinks and 2 x 3-Course tasting menus. There is an $11 drink on the bill but it was charged at the $11.     One of the best ribs ever. Cooked to perfection, all personnel friendly, and product knowledge. It is very affordable and the ambiance makes you feel very relaxed in the meantime you enjoy your dinner.
