    Groups of 9 or more are required to dine on our set "Experience" menu. Join us for a 4-course meal that will impress you and leave you satisfied. We start off our menu with Korean fried cauliflower and blistered shishito peppers. Following this comes our smoked bacon Caesar and salmon tartare. Next is our "Pitmaster Platter" which includes; brisket, burnt ends, St. Louis style pork ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage, and fried chicken. Accompanied with collard greens, coleslaw, pickles and crispy french fries. Finally, we serve you a delicious dessert platter of brownie bites, banoffee pie, caramel popcorn, candied bananas and a drizzle of caramel.

    Expect to be rushed! We were asked to move tables after our food was served and while our plates were still on the table in order to make room for another group. This is not the first time this has happened. The Carbon Bar cares more about getting as many new people in the door than properly serving (and not rushing) those who are already seated. The behaviour of the manager was absolutely deplorable.

    Wanted to try something different while visiting Toronto. This place is like a southern BBQ establishment focusing on bourbon and anything related to that. They did have specials going on and unfortunately they didn’t allow us to order one, share that and order other items off the menu. Overall it was a good experience

    Summerlicious menu. The options on the menu were what drew us, so you've drawn in a new repeat customer who has already mentioned it to others. (My comments are combined with feedback of other diners' at the table, and a bit of a previous visit.) The carpaccio was fantastic! empanadas nice. The BBQ is wonderful and delicious. With the 3 provided options the advantage was also GF DF (dairy gluten free) vs the Experience. The pork ribs were rated #1 overall; brisket and pulled pork varied by diner. The brisket is so good it really rivals the ribs IMO. Trout meal was mixed - the trout, though properly cooked, was the least enjoyed part of the dish. There is an odd flavouring in this, maybe one of the chosen seasonings? or the impression of a too-old allium in the marinade?? would be how I describe it. (this odd flavour was experienced on another visit by someone I know, too.) The base for the trout dish is beautiful: smoky grape tomatoes, mwah!, pureed butternut squash, delicious, blanched slivered almonds, so great, crispy bacon/burnt end bits? a nice crunch. The bok choi was a so-nice smoked touch in the first bit, though got to be a bit too-char/smoked nearing the end of the meal after a few mouthfuls. A touch more restraint would help. Sevice was attentive and great. It is a generous, filling meal for those who have a good appetite. Sorbet dessert: both strawberry and mango were enjoyed and are elevated with herbal/citrus touches. A note on accessible: if you don't mind the bit of waiting for setup, okay, there is a metal ramp that is used to make this place wheelchair accessible. A staff member needs to position it over the entry stairs to get in, then reposition it from the host desk landing to the dining room. The ramp is sturdy and would handle a power chair. Angle is decent. But the washroom is at the host landing, so plan accordingly. And there is no stall door large enough to fit even a little manual chair and no bars - a big minus for some.

    Had ceaser salade tasted like dressing came from a jar ! Not house made. Shrimp dish was just ok. Hard to ruin shrimp . Nothing outstanding

    Our summerlucious dinner. 1st menu was changed from what we signed up for to new items which didn't sound as appetizing. 2nd my over priced bbq plate with 1 pce of brisket cut in half (bland), ice cream scoop of pulled pork (dry) , 2 "smoked ribs" I say that because they tasted like they were out of box. My wife's trout was good. It's too bad because service was great and it's a nice place to sit down at. Food needs some work, and for those portions it's way over priced. Needs an overhaul before I'd eat here again. You'd figure people come for summerlicious, give them good food and they'll tell people about it. Maybe if I'd paid the full 100.00 they'd make it better? SMH

    Usually exceptional food and service - last night for the first time we were disappointed. We should have returned the steak - requested medium rare, was medium well (with a funny seasoning/flavor) Turkey overcooked. The server was "off" , awkward but with an arrogance - usually we love the staff. Seemed disappointed with a 20% tip at end of night
