Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Celebrated our 39 year wedding anniversary last night and we were treated like royalty! Julie, was our server and she was awesome! The food was delicious and the special treats were a plus. The rose and handwritten card were a plus. We will be back!

Our server and the managing staff were great, drinks were on point. Food was what was disappointing. Blue point Oysters were great, lobster bisque tasted great despite the giant chunk of inedible chewy lobster in it, steak tartar was descent but could have been better with a runny egg yolk and 90% fewer raw onion. Scallops were extremely salty and a little sandy- so much so we only ate 2 of the 6-7 that were on the plate. The bone-in filet was overcooked and tasteless, lacking seasoning. The brussel sprouts were ok, a little overcooked. Au gratin potatoes were descent, but did lack cheese. We tried the cheesecake for dessert which was pretty good minus the artificial strawberry glaze. Tried a piece of the chocolate cake to go, but threw it out after 1 bite as it was disgusting. The wait and bar staff were definitely the highlights. If they want to survive in Southlake, they need to work on their steak and seasoning game for sure. I saw several people not eating half their steaks which is a telling sign we weren’t the only ones.

Everything was perfect from the moment we came in the door! Our table was ready, the server was attentive and the food was fabulous. Drinks were delicious! The hamburger and glass of wine special was wonderful!

We love Capitol Grille and have been to many locations. The steaks are always delicious. This was our first time at this location and I was delighted that they had put a card out and confetti on the table acknowledging that we were celebrating a birthday. It took us 50 minutes to get our first round of drinks after alerting a manager. Our waiter seemed to be having a tough evening and service was very slow and just seemed a bit "off". It wasnt the service level I expect from Capitol Grille. All of the food was good with the exception of the wedge salald which was quite small and poor quality lettuce and overall not the quality we normally expect. Valet parking fee in this suburban area was a bit much as well. Everyone enjoyed their steaks and the meal. I hope the next time I go back things will be better and more to our expectation.

Amazing hospitality from start to end all night from our server Alex. I reserved a table for a birthday and they were so welcoming including to our 2 year old brought with us! The food was exquisite and exceeded my expectations with each dish.

Loved trying out this new Capital Grille location closer to home! The ambiance is consistent with other locations and has friendly hosts. The manager was also walking about greeting customers and ensured we were taken care of. Food was wonderful as usual with every Capital Grille location with some special new items on the menu I hadn’t seen before. Our waitress helped us pick out the perfect summer Pinot and was attentive. We went to Capital Grille for our anniversary and the table was beautifully decorated.
