Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Fantastic experience. From the check in staff to Grayson, our server, to the manager who engaged us in light hearted discussion. This experience made my good friend extremely happy on his birthday. Thanks for a fantastic evening.

Excellent food and service. Very large portions for the side items. We were initially being seated right next the kitchen which was very loud. However, my wife asked for a different table and the hostess accommodated her request.

Best Birthday Celebration! Ashley B. took excellent care of our large party and I had a fantastic experience. My kids (teenagers) are already asking to have their graduation dinner there and next birthday dinners. Thank you for making my birthday a lovely experience!

First-time visit to this Capital Grille location. As expected, everything sparkled! Alex, our server provided a fabulous experience. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Our meal and drinks were also fabulous. We shall return!!

I’m a regular Capital Grille. I’m big on Service. Well, our server was excellent. He was very engaging and personable. However, the lobster mac & cheese was off this night. They just could not get it right which was very disappointing. But overall, always a wonderful experience.

We were celebrating our anniversary and from the moment we walked in the door the entire Team made us feel special. From the greeting, to the table decor (rose, heart confetti and a very thoughtful card) to complimentary "bubbles" and dessert. Mallori's service was spectacular - a perfect balance of personality and giving us space to enjoy our evening. Our meals were cooked perfectly. We couldn't have been happier.

Oh my goodness were we impressed!!! The greeters were so sweet and our server, Grayson, was OUTSTANDING!!! My daughter, Kiana, had the best birthday experience and we plan on spending more special occasions at Capital Grille! Just want to emphasize that Grayson is one of the best servers we have ever encountered. Thank you for a great experience.

My Wife and I went to celebrate her birthday. Our waitress, Shay, was very pleasant and made the occasion amazing! - The cocktails ordered: Stoli Doli and Mango Royale - both were good, but the Stoli Doli was extremely good. - The appetizers ordered: Nueske's Smoked Bacon and Prosciutto Mozzarella - both were extremely good. I loved how the Prosciutto Mozzarella was fried, but did not have the breading like most cheese sticks. - The salads ordered: Wedge and Caesar w/house vinegarette dressing - both were great! - The entries/sides ordered: Scallop and Lobster Risotto and Miso Butter Seabass along with creamed spinach and lobster mac'n'cheese sides. The food was amazing, seasoned nicely and was warm/hot when brought out as well.
