Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Angie was phenomenal server. It was our son’s first time dining and she was very welcoming and made the experience really fun. Thank Angie!

I have to say, what a great Valentines' Day Lunch! Everyone was very accomodating and very pleasant. The cocktains, soup and entree were outstanding! Our Server Luis was excellent and made our lunch experience a 5 Star! I will return.

I recently had a business lunch with important clients at Capital Grille. Our server, Nicole, was outstanding—attentive, personable, and highly skilled. She anticipated our needs and accommodated all our requests seamlessly. Make sure to ask for her when making a reservation. While the service was exceptional, the food fell a bit short of expectations. The mashed potatoes were overly lemony, and the bread was served at room temperature rather than fresh from the oven. These issues might seem small and acceptable at a regular restaurant, but not at an establishment like Capital Grille, where I expect a more elevated dining experience. Hope things improve, as I may give CG one more try in the future.

Amanda handled our group reservation of 10 perfectly. Thank you so much ! Our server, Celine, made our dining experience a great evening of good food, service and just the right amount of attentiveness to our needs. Mario assisted and he was great. We dine several times a year at Capital Grille, Schaumburg, we are never disappointed and rank it among our favorite places.

The experience was excellent right from the welcoming greeting that was received when checking in for our reservation, to having our requested server, Rita, who is very pleasant and attentive, to having my husband’s birthday celebrated with a decorated table and photo souvenir. All of our food selections were perfectly prepared and delicious.

A favorite location with great service. The wedge salad has declined a bit recently but maybe it is seasonal.

Everything about the Capitol Grille was awesome. Last night I enjoyed their restaurant week menu and was pleasantly surprised. We started off with the Double Cut Nueske's bacon which was so tender you didn't need a knife. Our second course was our salads and they were absolutely perfect. Our mains were the Filet and the Salmon which both were perfectly cooked. I ordered a side of Soy glazed sprouts and they were expertly done. Dessert was top notch. Our server Michael was not only friendly, but entertaining as well. My only complaint and this is just a tip of the cap to the Chefs, putting salt and pepper shakers on the table is unnecessary as the food was seasoned perfectly. I am definitely going back!
