Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Juan our waiter was top notch. He was personable, knowledgeable and very attentive. The food was some of the best we have ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our new choice for special occasions

    We came out for my girlfriend's 40th birthday and were not happy with the quality of the food. I have been here for a client dinner in the past, and it was so much better. This is no reflection on the server or the staff or the ambience of the restaurant...That still remains at a high standard. However I was displeased with the quality of the food and my girlfriend was unhappy with her entree and her drink. My steak was satisfactory at best.

    Our waiter Juan was fantastic. He guided us through the menu and made sure the kids had everything they need. Was a great experience.

    Great food, as always. Our server, Rodrigo, went all out for my wife's birthday and made her feel extra special. Kudos to him and to you!

    Everything was outstanding! From the atmosphere to the service, the food & cocktails, even the free dessert sampler! All top-notch! The only drawback is that it is a very expensive restaurant. If you're okay with spending more, then it's definitely worth it.

    Nice lunch with a friend. She had the salmon plate; and I had the mini tenderloin sliders, which used to be on the plate special. Wish I could have gotten a small side salad with my choice, as was on the plate special.
