Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We dined at The Capital Grille before our play at the Eccles Theater. As has been our past experience, our meal was stunningly good! Great drinks, wine, an outstanding Caesar salad with anchovies and a Gorgonzola crusted NY strip steak. Everything was superb including our wonderful server, Mason. We will always choose The Capital Grille before going to the theater!

Autumn D was our server. She was a delight and was very attentive. Her recommendation were spot on. The whole experience was outstanding. We will be returning.

Always incredible. From the Hostess to the staff in the back. Fabulous. And the food is great. But we go there because the staff is amazing.

Our meal was fantastic. I had the NY with Gorgonzola and my husband had the sea bass. Both were amazing. Order the roasted mushrooms are to die for! It was our anniversary. There was a card at our table and the staff who served us with us a happy anniversary. The evening ended with a surprise happy anniversary dessert plate. We will definitely return.

We had a great dinner with a party of eight! We had tickets to see Hamilton at 7:30 and had dinner reservations at 5:30. They did a great job getting our food out so we could leave in time for the play. The staff was great and very attentive. I had the tenderloin and lobster and it was very good, and enough for leftovers!
