Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Jeana was so attentive! I spilled my coke as I got up to welcome my wife. Jeana had the table cloth replaced so quickly for our special occasion. Then even refreshed it with a rose and fun sparkles! The Capital Grill team has always exceeded my expectations!

We’ve eaten in this restaurant many many times this was the best night they ever had. The food was delicious. Our little anniversary treats were amazing. And Ian was a great waiter thanks Capital Grille

I really enjoyed our early Valentine’s Day dinner here. They set a rose for you at the table when they sit you down. The food was good but not amazing. I had the NY strip steak and it tasted bland. However the oysters, bread basket, and truffle fries were amazing. My partner ordered the tenderloins with lobster tails. The tails were small but overall tasted great. The service was amazing and everyone was very friendly. Overall, we had a great experience.

It was my son’s 17th birthday dinner so I wanted it to be a special evening. It wasn’t in the least bit. This is our first and last time! Our server was unfriendly and seemed ‘put out’ the entire dinner service. She didn’t smile or talk to us. It was uncomfortable. My steak was TERRIBLE. Dry, tasteless and tough. I requested a side of steak butter to see if it would be better and it wasn’t. The mushrooms were TERRIBLE. Tough and tasteless. They reminded me dirt clumps. Server asked how my steak was and I told her it was tough and she didn’t take it to the manager. Instead she boxed it up so I could take it home. Really?! That even irritated me more. I left her a ZERO tip. The manager asked how our dinner as we were leaving and I let her know it wasn’t good. She scolded me for not telling her when she came by to our table after I took the first bite that my steak was TERRIBLE, tasteless and tough. She did nothing to Rectify the situation. She sat behind the hostess stand with a smug attitude. Lame dinner. Lame service. Lame management.

Our “go to” place when we want to impress guests. Consistently great food, attentive, but not intrusive servers, a great location and always pristine.
