Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Gabi did an incredible job! It was our first time in Salt Lake City, he did an incredible job of telling us about the city & the history of the restaurant. He did an amazing job! We’ll be back!

We live Capital Grille! It is our #1 place for any celebration! The staff is great, food is amazing and the coconut cream pie is to die for!!! Thank you for always making our nights there so enjoyable!!

The Capital Grille always seems like a great option as they have locations that vary across the country. However this was my first time at this location. Being new to the city, they left a great impression on me. Service was great, I went on a weeknight and they made sure every need was met. I had great conversation with my server (Daniel) as well. I will be back there.

We were met with a friendly staff. The table and the vibe was cozy and intimate. The food was amazing. And yes, we ate leftovers the next day. Our server, Mason, was one of the best ever. We will be back.
