Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Excellence. What we always expect and what we always receive. Two special thoughts, our server was Teri C. She was amazing. Better than most. Vibrant and helpful without being intrusive. And they have an updated menu item, creamed corn. Amazing. I know what you’re thinking, and it is very different than any I have ever had. You must try it

While the food was good, when we were finishing up our meal, the power went out. As a result, it became extremely warm and smoky (assume vent was not working) and it took a very long time for our server to get us our bill and then manually run it. Everyone at my table started complaining that their eyes were starting to burn.

Had a wonderful meal my waiter Nick was unbelievably attentive had a great conversation with management when they stopped by the table I felt like I mattered, and the food was off the charts

Another amazing experience at The Capital Grille! Matt A. is our new found friend and guide through this amazing dinner experience. Every single one of his recommendations are on point and absolutely fabulous. This is the second time we’ve been to the restaurant and we now request him by name. The food and beverages he recommends are absolutely perfect! We’ve already made two more reservations in July to bring our family and friends to enjoy this amazing experience.
