Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Another amazing dinner at Capital Grille! Matt , our server, goes above and beyond making every visit here feel special! The food quality never disappoints. And the rib eye was cooked to perfection!!

Food was lovely filet was bone dry ask them for a new one they put it back in the pan with some butter all great considering $400 bill great drinks and oysters

It's a definite favorite. Everything is always great - food and service are as good as it gets. Michelle takes great care to make it an experience. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience that exceeded expectations as always. Our Server, Richard, went above and beyond and was very hospitalic. One of the managers came around to ensure the food came out to our liking. We will definitely be coming back.
