Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The tomahawk special was mediocre, but everything else was great. Service was amazing as always

My wife and I are regulars at this location and we have never been treated so poorly by any restaurant as we were last night. Though we are aware of the dress code this location never follows it. I often see people in T-shirts and sneakers and shorts Dine in the main dining room . On this particular evening, my wife and I were both wearing T-shirts and the gave us the nastiest looks when we walked in. The Metry D was especially obnoxious and rude, and mainly by the bar and watch TV, ignoring people as they entered. We were seated in the bar area - when we asked the server why we were in the bar area, which was poorly lit and very loud , she made a comment about our t shirts and the dress code. No sooner did she make this comment then they seated three other couples wearing T-shirts and shorts and sneakers. The service was absolutely horrendous as our server doubled as the bartender. My steak was burnt on the outside and completely raw on the inside and my wife’s sea bass looked and tasted horrible. We waited for so long for the food that we were just done with the place. We paid our bill and left and we will never be coming back.

Excellence. What we always expect and what we always receive. Two special thoughts, our server was Teri C. She was amazing. Better than most. Vibrant and helpful without being intrusive. And they have an updated menu item, creamed corn. Amazing. I know what you’re thinking, and it is very different than any I have ever had. You must try it

While the food was good, when we were finishing up our meal, the power went out. As a result, it became extremely warm and smoky (assume vent was not working) and it took a very long time for our server to get us our bill and then manually run it. Everyone at my table started complaining that their eyes were starting to burn.

Went for my Birthday had a great meal. We had Matthew as our server he did an exceptional job . Thank you very much for the excellent service .
