Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. My husband and I went for our anniversary. The staff recognized our special day, it was great. The food was cooked to perfection and was delicious.

Marisa was kind enough to give us the booth & server we requested. She is an excellent manager. She stopped by quite a few times to see if all was going well, which it was. Bruno was our server & as usual, he was excellent. The only issue we had was the front desk. They didn't take the people waiting to check in in order & seemed oblivious to Marisa's instructions for our request. They left us standing by the wine cellar until they could figure out Marisa's instructions.

Great service, attentive to our needs. Fantastic entrees, calamaries are always a winning option. Clam chowder is delicious and a cup is just enough.

A favorite spot for a business or special meal. The server, Thomas Connelly, is outstanding and is knowledgeable about wine and can recommend something nice.

Another amazing dinner at Capital Grille! Matt , our server, goes above and beyond making every visit here feel special! The food quality never disappoints. And the rib eye was cooked to perfection!!
