Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. HUD was the best! Such attentive, knowledgeable mixology and customer service. Would absolutely return to sit in his section again.

My wife, daughter (over age 21) and I sat at the bar this past Friday evening, June 28, 2024. We loved the comfortable bar stools. The two bar tenders were extremely polite and courteous. We had drinks, then appetizers (Cold Shellfish Plate & Crab Meat Cocktail); then Lobster Mac & Cheese; and then we split a Bone in Kona crusted N.Y. Steak with peppercorns cooked on top. We also asked for two of the steak sauces. Our evening from start to finish was delightful. Drinks were great, and the food was better. We can't wait to return.

Our second time at this location. Both times the food and service were great. We had Albi on our most recent visit, he was attentive, fun to talk to and made sure we were well taken care of without making us feel rushed.

We were traveling during our 1st Anniversary and could not have picked a better experience. Our server was extremely attentive and took great care of us. Even though we were stuffed from all the great food and did not order dessert, he brought us out a nice dessert plate with chocolate stencil that said “Happy Anniversary” with two small dessert samples and a champagne toast. He even replaced my champagne with a non-alcoholic substitute, noting I had ordered a non-alcoholic beer earlier in the meal. We left filling full and happy.

Delicious food and drink. Service was good and staff helped us get out to go to a concert. Gave us delicious desserts to help us celebrate our birthday party.
