Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Esteban took exceptional care of us, there was a special order and he took careful notes to get it right. He comped the meal when the kitchen didn’t follow his careful notes, he was great! Above and beyond

My wife and I always enjoy our visits to the Capital Grille. It feels like a trip to New York, without the airfare. The variety of great food and the wonderful staff make it a special trip each time.

Been coming to capital grille over the years. Me and my husband love it so much because they’re so consistent everywhere we go. This location as well we go a lot since they open. Somehow this last visit was disappointing. The server wasn’t friendly and welcoming. I told him to not put salt on my steak but came out salty. Did not want to complain,because I don’t want my food back in the kitchen. Took it home instead and threw it out. The Sam’s mash potato was salty as well. I’m really sad because consistency is important.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and it was a great choice. Greeted by the hostess who wished us a happy anniversary. Rose petals on the table. Complimentary dessert and flutes of sparking wine to toast. Really made it a perfect and memorable occasion. Will definitely be back!

From the moment we walked in to Capital Grill, the experience was fabulous. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and the staff made the lunch very special. Kudos to our waitress, Brandi, who could not have been more wonderful!

We are regulars for three good reasons: the food is excellent, the staff is wonderful and management is present and concerned for the happiness of the guests. Oh...good variety of food too.
