Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Our first time at the just opened Capital Grill here in OKC. The decor is perfect with portrait drawings of Oklahoma celebrities on the walls. We started with a Stoli Doli their signature cocktail. We shared the lobster and crab cake appetizer which was magnificent. We had the filet and a blue cheese bine in kc strip. Our side was au gratin potatoes. We each had a glass of cab with the dinner. The service was impeccable and the food excellent. If you have never dined at a Capital Grill now is your chance.

We have been so excited for OKC to get Capitol Grill. Beautiful restaurant with excellent service. However, the food was not nearly as good as Dallas. The cream whipped potatoes are our favorite. Okc tasted like they were made without the cream. Hopefully it will get better

One of the best dining experience we have had in OKC! We have eaten at number of Capital Grille Restaraunt’s across the country and while the experience was always good, they cannot compare our experience tonight in OKC! Justin maybe the best Waiter we have had! The rest of the staff was A+!

Not as good as other Capital Grilles we have enjoyed, but it's early and should get better. Great atmosphere in the dining room, but the bar area could use more tables. It looked like they had removed tables like in the pandemic. Kind of weird. Daniel, our water, seemed a bit inexperienced, but he more than made up with it by providing prompt and enthusiastic service. I expect his delivery will improve with time. He was very courteous. I know very few people dress appropriately anymore, but I wish this place had a dress code. It's hard to feel like you are in a special place when they allow patrons to wear ball caps backward. If they have a dress code, they should enforce it. Food in general was good. Sides and apps were very good, but steaks were just OK. My ribeye had too much of the balsamic glaze to the point it shifted from savory to sweet. I never add table salt to my steak, but I did this time to combat the sweetness. Next time, I'll order my steak unadulterated. Whiskey and wine options are good, but not extensive. Valet service was great. Prompt and efficient. Maître d' ladies were very courteous and friendly.

Gustavo, was an excellent server this evening. His knowledge of the menu, pairings and suggestions surpassed our expectations. He and the entire team made precious memories for my best friend and my birthdays.
