Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Food was great, came out too slow but maybe that’s because the restaurant just opened recently.

Not so good for an upscale restaurant. Didn’t pay attention to food intolerances, steak was burned on the top and served barely warm, dessert was average at best. Loud atmosphere. Pretentious for water actually is. King of Prussia location has better service , atmosphere and food quality.

Celebrated our 47 th anniversary @ the capital grille in newtown. Everything, food, service was excellent

Dalton was so wonderful in his attention and his service. The hostess and manager greeted us with a decorated table, card and rose for our celebration. Dessert was personalized and champagne toast was added. The cocktails, wine, meal all were top notch . We both will highly recommend Capital Grille Newtown many times over, and we will most definitely return for future celebrations.

Loved Capital Grill Newtown, same quality par as in Manhattan.. we had Lou as our server, he was both very attentive and funny! Can’t wait to return.

The restaurant recently opened and I was fortunate to be able to get a reservation for my husband’s birthday. The entire staff that we encountered was extremely welcoming and attentive during our entire visit. We have visited the Cherry Hill location however this location was far more superior all the way around. Our server Kyle was amazing and knew the menu inside and out. He made some recommendations that we normally would not have tried and the suggestions did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to visit Kyle and team for all of our celebrations going forward. Thank you everyone for a great evening!

My steak was cooked to the proper temperature, but it was extremely underseasoned. It was quite bland. The service staff was very intrusive, stopping by the table frequently to try to clear dishes before the people eating from that dish we're finished. It seemed if one of us put the fork down, someone was trying to clear the plate. They even served appetizers around the server as she was taking our entree order. This is far from the experienced, professional waitstaff expected at CG. This is not a waitstaff failure. This was a management failure. If the staff was trained this way, the policies and procedures are awful. More likely, this staff is not properly trained. This experience did not meet the expectations of Capitol Grille.
