Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. This was our first time at Capital Grille - what an amazing experience. Food was top notch. Our server, Kate, was awesome and knew her product VERY well. Great experience! Thank you!

Great food and staff. The ambiance was amazing. It is pricey but worth it especially for a special occasion.

This was our second time at this location. The first time it was outstanding. Our steaks were melt in your mouth delicious. We anticipated this visit. We were disappointed. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. It was noisy with a football game on. I should have stated main dining room on my reservation. There was no other table available. The Filets tonight (ordered medium) were tough for Filets. Mine was cooked to the correct temperature and my husband’s was more on the well side. It’s our second visit within a month and the inconsistency was quite noticeable. We have reservations in two weeks with friends. I’m hoping tonight was just an off night. If it wasn’t, our next visit will be the last to this location.

Had our anniversay dinner at Capitol Grille Newtown, PA. Everything was excellent. So nice to have such a quality restaurant close to home, with no need to travel to the city.

First and foremost, our waiter Michael completed the experience. The food was delicious and the overall experience was very enjoyable will definitely be back.

One of the best restaurants in which I’ve ever dined. Service is exceptional. The food is outstanding. Beverage choices are extensive. Most importantly, the staff makes you feel welcome and special every time.

We had a wonderful dinner at Capital Grille tonight. The food was fantastic and the staff great. Kyle was helpful picking out our meal, had necessary info for my daughter’s allergies and had the food out quick.

Excellent experience. The food was outstanding and our waiter Danny was amazing along with Kyle. After dinner we sat at the bar and Joy was phenomenal. We met one of the owners, Andrew who was very personable, kind and was instrumental in ensuring our experience remained enjoyable. We definitely recommend this location and will be repeat guests.

Kane was great to us and really made dinner so enjoyable. He even wrote down some wines we could find locally to try again. He was a wonderful server.

They were very attentive to our needs and the food was delicious. It was our birthday and there was a card from the staff, a red rose and Happy Birthday things on the table. It was a pleasant experience.
