Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. My friends and I celebrated special occasion last evening at Capital Grille in Louisville. We had a wonderful experience from being greeted at the front door, our table was ready a few minutes early and our service and food were five star. I will definitely return often.

This was my 4th time at the Capital Grill and it and the staff have never been a disappointment! It's stands above most steak houses in Louisville, Ky and their are several really great steak restaurants in town. I love the atmosphere and the wait staff, top shelf for sure. C. An excellent experience from arrival through departure. Great service and delicious food. Very comprehensive wine list. Consistency is a hallmark of The Capital Grille nationwide.

It was a small birthday celebration but they had confetti on the table and at the end of the meal the birthday girl was treated to a wonderful dessert! My only complaint was how chilly the restaurant is! Service was great!
