Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My family and I have dined at Capital Grille a number of times and the food has always been excellent. Unlike last time, our server this time, Nikki, was very attentive and provided excellent service. My wife had scallops which were perfectly seared. My daughter and her college friend ordered filets and they were both delicious. I had the sea bass and it was prepared perfectly. As always, a visit to Capital Grille is highly recommended.

    It was my husband’s 90th bday. It was a wonderful experience! The bartender heard it was his birthday and served us complimentary Stoli Pineapple aperitifs. There was a card on the table and we got a free dessert of mini cheesecake and mini flourless chocolate cake. The service was slow, but we like not being rushed. There were only two servers for the whole room. The food was great…Calamari, Lobster/crab cake, various strip steaks and truffle fries and asparagus. The only reason I gave the food 3 stars is because both my husband and son were sick. Seemed food related, but it might be because it was so rich. Not sure. Anyway, we loved our waiter and ambiance and will definitely be back.

    The very first time we went the food was excellent but the service was not. So this was our second time there and the food was amazing and the service improved a lot and they were great.

    Extremely delectable meal! We did 5 courses with The Generous Pour service, and absolutely loved it! One of our Filet were overcooked, but the Truffle Butter sauce was so palatable that we didn’t mind. Our server, Joshua, was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our lackadaisical timeline and celebratory dinner. And the waiter assistants were thorough and reserved throughout our visit. Overall best dining experience we’ve had in a very long time!

    From start to finish a womderful experience. Every meal was cooked to perfection. A great selection of wines and cocktails and the attention from all the staff superb. To top the experience a beautiful and delicious desert for the birthday boy! Thanks for the experience.
