Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The restaurant was very easy to find. We were seated as soon as we arrived and the food was very delicious. The service was above board.

We had an amazing Valentine’s Day dinner. Our server was top notch and the food was fantastic.

Awesome as usual. Had the porcini rubbed balsamic glazed bone in ribeye, truffle fries, creamed spinach and the strawberry cheesecake for dinner. Outstanding!!

The environment was upscale, however the food was not very good. The server made us uncomfortable by watching us as if we were going to dine and dash. I wouldn’t eat here again.

We had several waiter changes for some reason. We ordered oysters and they never came so had to ask the new waitress if she could check on them. We have reservations at 12 and didn’t get our meal til after 1pm. Had to ask to order our food. Had to bag our leftovers ourselves while other tables had them bagged for them. I ordered medium filet but came out medium rare but didn’t want to complain as we waited so long for our food. Sides weee excellent. Service subpar.

Food is always awesome! And the service is the best! But we had Kayto take care of us as we celebrated Valentine’s Day early. She was very sweet and timed everything perfect.
