Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Last minute dinner to celebrate my wife’s promotion. Easily accommodated our reservation in the bar area. Had same amazing menu & a wonderful ambience. Had the beet salad for first time and it was excellent. So fresh and well seasoned. Also tried seared scallops with risotto which was also simply excellent. Perfect sear with great sauce over risotto. So good. And of course, the bone in ribeye was perfectly good. Service was equally perfect. Appropriately attentive but not intrusive. Kaitlyn did a fabulous job taking care of us. Truly love this place. Has become our go to, over prior favs Morton’s & le Moo.

Our server, Sandy, was knowledgeable, professional, and gracious. He explained the options of cocktails, wines, house specials, etc. We were a party of 8 celebrating 2 birthdays and everyone was pleased with our experience. We will be back!

While not our first time at CG it was the first time we were disappointed. A “back up in the kitchen” was reported as the reason for an exaggerated delay of our main course. Management was on top of it and did make it right, but it was the not the premium experience we have come to trust at CGs anywhere. Kudos for management stepping up to own the issue.

Celebrated a 90th birthday of a friend. The service and food were perfection. The restaurant surprised us with celebratory champagne and a delicious dessert in the birthday woman's honor. An overall outstanding experience.

A great experience! The staff is excellent …from a drink at the bar to being seated at our table everyone on the team was friendly, fun & knowledgeable; the service impeccable. Our meal was perfect and I especially recommend their Lobster Mac & cheese. It’s a side you have to have!
