Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We had a huge group that capital Grille was so generous to accommodate. The food and wine were excellent and our serving staff. Paulina and Allan, we're superb! You could also not ask for a better manager than Fernando! He really worked hard to make our group experience a memorable one!

Dine LA was amazing and the deal in town. Hands down from the Valet to the Service all was great. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal.

This was a tasty meal for the middle of the day. We both had a beer with lunch and the quality was well above other restaurants.

Food was excellent. Staff was very attentive to our needs, always asking if we were okay or if there was anything we needed. Staff very friendly.

We may have caught the distinguished steakhouse in a lull as the 120k-attendee convention just down the street eased up. Libations in general and the bartending in particular were stellar; the kitchen was more hit (steak tartare, bread basket) and miss (bone-in filet, caesar salad). Front-of-house were certainly on their game and the generous berries&creme dessert ended things on a positive note.

First time here - came for our anniversary and wowwww - The Capital Grill exudes class and sophistication. THIS is what fine dining is all about. Absolutely OUTSTANDING dining experience - From the service to the food and the hospitality, it was 5 star treatment! Will definitely be coming back here again and taking the family! We loved it - Oh and the sea bass is *chef’s kiss!

It was my second time to visit this restaurant for dinner considering the location, the quality and the occasion. The menus seems rather different from the lunch one to the dinner one, but it was still quite nice. Will come again if I have chances.

Great experience. I was running late (it was my birthday) called to let them know and they accommodated me being the last guest. They still pulled out all the stops. Service and food were great!
