    Excellent meal, excellent time. Waiter (Claude) was friendly, forthcoming with his opinion on dinner specials and wine choices when we asked and he even surprised us with a small side "cup" of French Onion soup (one of CG's best) when we were uncertain as to Lobster Bisque or the soup! Steaks cooked exactly as requested (medRare and Med). Sides and desert equally as good. In a very crowded field, Capital Grill is easily one of (if not the) top steak houses.

    I cannot rave about this place enough. Fantastic food. Steaks slice through like butter and taste great. Our server Austin was always looking after us. Highest recommendation.

    My husband and I celebrate our anniversary at the Capital grille every year. We are happy that falls when the Generous Pour is taking place. The food, wine and service were amazing as always. My only complaint was that we were seated right next to the kitchen. I Made the reservation far in advance, and the restaurant was not busy at the time we arrived. It was very loud with the comings and goings of the staff and kitchen happenings. It was hard to have a conversation. Other than that our server, Ray was great.

    My cousin and I dined last evening to celebrate both of our birthdays. From the time we walked in the staff greeted us warmly, wished us happy birthday and we’re attentive throughout the evening. The food was absolutely delicious. Top quality all the way. And, our server, Davis Jaye gave us service above and beyond our expectation. He was informative, attentive, and friendly. I look forward to my next visit at Capital Grille and highly recommend this restaurant.

    Great martinis and tenderloin Cobb Salads! Loved the meal and the service. Steaks were perfectly cooked!

    This was “home” to my wife and i for several years until we moved to CA 4 years ago. We ate, had parties, referred there. We knew everyone and everyone knew us. We had a wine locker! We came to town for a funeral and of course went there to eat. Service was very bad…no one attended to us for about 10-12 minutes before we were asked if we wanted water! Waiter brought COLD bread that we had to return. Our steak/lamb chops thankfully were ok! Bill was wrong and had to be corrected TWICE!! Only saw one familiar waiter, Nico who was just coming on duty and stopped by our table to say hello and chat for a few. So sorry to see that this has happened to this CG!

    Always a great experience. They do an excellent job to make birthday and anniversary celebrations even more special. Go the extra mile to satisfy special requests (we always have them!)
