Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. My third time this month. First 2 5 stars all the way. Tonight my guests filet ordered medium came very well done We were finished with dinner before it was replaced. She packed it to take home . Absolutely should not have been charged for it Very disappointing

Steak was dry. Creamed spinach was dry,flavorless. Just awful. Au grautin potatoes were OK .

Not as good as last two visits. The ribeyes (2) were tough and dry (cooked MR). Beet salad was mediocre and not plated with any love. We have had two visits prior that were outstanding and this time it was a let down and we had raved to our guests.

Nathan our server was top notch and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that my steak was overcooked. I did not want to wait for another one so I did not complain but am confused as to why this could happen in a restaurant like this. “Medium” is not “medium well” and on the dry side. Otherwise great personnel there made our visit enjoyable. We frequently go to the capital grille so a bit disappointed in the food.

Our server was attentive, accommodating and friendly for our wedding anniversary dinner. The food and cocktails of course were perfectly prepared. Can’t wait to go back!

My go to steak house across the country! You can’t go wrong with the South African lobster tail’s either. It’s a can’t miss

The four of us foodies had an absolutely wonderful experience. We were greeted in a friendly manner and our server, Nathan, set the standard for outstanding service. He knew the wines and the food. The filet and ribeyes were melt in your mouth delicious. One of us ordered the Chilean sea bass and he raved about it with every tasting! Thank you, so much!
