Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Celebrated a 50th and 20th anniversaries and a birthday. The table had confetti and a beautiful red rose to celebrate us. Natalie, our server, did an outstanding job! She paced us well and we didn't feel rushed. Everything was cooked perfectly. The lamb chops are quite a plateful. Definitely had leftovers! Everyone loved their filets. The sides are delicious (creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes). Dessert was amazing the bruleed cheesecake - yummy and the flourless chocolate cake - wow. Again, we had a very memorable evening and highly recommend the Capital Grille.

Fantastic as always!!! Shawna J was our waiter and bartender and she did an amazing job. The food and drink was great. Zero complaints!!!

Brian was our server for today's lunch. He made our experience memorable. Please request Brian if you are dining at the Fairfax location. The food is always well prepared and plated beautifully. The Capitol Grille Fairfax never disappoints.

It was our first time at the Capital Grille in order to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it won’t be the last! The ambiance was warm, cocktails and food excellent, and our server, Sean was top notch! All in all, it was a wonderful experience!
