Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. The food and and service was top notch. The food was perfect temperature and presented well. The cocktails were delicious and beautifully decorated. Our waiter was very attentive yet out of the way. Very pleasant demeanor despite being very busy on New Year’s Eve. The front desk staff was polite and courteous and kept us apprised of the wait. I don’t know how they stayed so calm with some very entitled patrons.

The entire staff was very festive and welcoming on this New Year’s Eve. The food was excellent. Emma, our server, did a marvelous job.

Enjoyed a very relaxing New Year’s Eve lunch, with superior service. Alexandra was very attentive and provided great recommendation’s and wonderful service. Enjoyed lobster bisque, blue cheese wedge salad, tenderloin with lobster tails. Spouse enjoyed sliced filet with mushrooms. We shared Brussel sprouts as well. Absolutely fabulous meal, prepared to perfection. Cap Grille remains one of our favorite places to dine.

It was a birthday celebration with 6 of us at 7:15 pm Everyone was very happy with everything, from drinks to desserts! 100% wonderful experience!

The raw oyster appetizer was very disappointing. Two of them were actually nothing more than slime and water! Also we were told if we bought in non-perishable food we would get a champagne toast sent to our table it never came! Not your usual eye for detail yet your prices are still very high! Overall it was a 600.00 disapointment!!

Had Christmas Eve dinner. Service was great but they were very busy and took longer to get seated even though we had reservations. Will have to come back on a regular night to experience the restaurant again.

My husband and I treated our adult "kids" to dinner to celebrate Christmas. Everything was top notch. The service and the food was outstanding.

Absolutely perfect for Christmas Eve lunch celebration. Just what we were looking for. Service was everything we could have hoped for, suggestions were spot on, food was perfect. Thank you for making the holiday special for us

Always a fantastic dining experience here! Parker was wonderful as our server. The food was phenomenal and we had an amazing time. Anytime I’m back in town I’ll always come back for dinner.
