Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Excellent food and wonderful service. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and loved the card and confetti on the table and special dessert!

It was our marriage anniversary dinner date and it awesome. We enjoyed every moment. The house special ribeye was so delicious but they missed it with the salmon. Black margarita was magic!!!

Once again Capital Grille allowed myself and guests an incredible experience. From the moment walking in the door being greeted by attentive hostesses to the attention from the wait staff in their entirety the Dedham location is a well oiled team under the watchful eye of David who we had the good fortune to meet. Their food is always top tier with chef Oscar overseeing incredible creations. As a note we never start off thinking dessert is a possibility but ultimately can’t resist the decadence. Our old friend Nick,wine manager, is always ready to embrace our enthusiasm selecting wines from his carefully crafted list. His knowledge is extensive with his patience for our questions never wavering. Our newest (now called friend) was Morgan our engaging,fast paced attending to our every need waitress who stated she matches customers energy levels! Well she rie go the occasion of each of our personalities. She is a real gem representing Capital Grille as a true professional who loves her profession bringing smiles with every interaction. Each visit leaves us booking our next encounter with excitement as our experience are more than just grabbing great find for a meal out but instead an evening out to enjoy and share with friends forming incredible memories. Thank you to all as we look forward to seeing each of you again. Respectfully, Kim,Christina and Mary this time around as Joan could not attend we are checking her schedule for our next dining experience together.

We go to this place on special occasions only. It's a moderately expensive restaurant with very good food and service. Not crowded and noisy. I like it very much.

Our waiter, James, was excellent! When my husband ordered his usual Philadelphia style cooked steak, it came out a little bit cold. Immediately James notified the manager, who was extremely apologetic and brought back his steak, perfectly heated and cooked with additional sides, so he could enjoy his steak with the sides being at the proper temperature like the rest of the table. We will always ask for James and go back again on a regular basis

The server was outstanding and super attentive but the food was terrible last night. This is always great but last night something was definitely going on.

Honestly, was quite disappointed with the food…the fried calamari was horrible (2nd time in a row-will never order again, and that used to be our favorite!). The Ahi Tuna was very fatty as well. Spent over $500 my husband’s birthday with our 2 (adult) children and was very disappointed! Service was okay other than they started clearing our plates before myself & my son were finished eating! It’ll be a while before returning there!
