Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. It’s a lovely dining experience with excellent food and top notch service. The wine list is noteworthy. I’d highly recommend it.

Out first time to Capital Grille was overall good but not great. While the service was very friendly and there appeared to be plenty of service staff (three assigned to our table in-fact), the level of service was very uneven. Compared to other fine steak houses in the city (Hyde Park, The Top, Jeff Ruby), Capital Grille service was notably less attentive than I’d expect (ie water glasses not re-filled, having to ask for things more than once,etc) considering the the overall cost of the meal what about 20% higher than Hyde Park and the Top. One issue is that I noticed average of the wait staff were spending long periods of time engaged in social chatter with guests - this would be a nice touch if it didn’t seem to interfere with providing a more even handed timely service to all tables. Assuming that some of my observations may be related to the fact that CG only recently opened and they’re still working on refining their service model, we will certainly give it another try.

5 star restaurant. Juan, our server, took great care of us. It was our Anniversary and they made us feel special. The food was amazing as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Tacuma was our server. This was our second time there and it ever bit as good as last time. The filet mignon au Poiuve was fabulous as was the shrimp cocktail

We had a lovely time! It was my mother’s birthday and they made her feel so special. Food was fantastic. Service was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely incredible service from the moment we walked in until we left. Shauna was our waitress and she was great.

The restaurant is beautiful and the atmosphere was very nice. The server was very pleasant and did a great job serving us. The food was also very tasty.
