Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Didn’t start out great. Even though there were dozens of empty tables, the made us wait to be seated, standing by the door with nowhere to sit. And they seated a larger party that came in after us before us. After we were seated, our waiter was exceptional, however. The food was excellent in every way with one exception: my main course of filet and lobster tail was served at room temperature as if it had been sitting out for an extended period of time before being served. My wife’s was nice and hot, so perhaps they held mine until hers was ready.

The initial service experience left us waiting for 20-25 minutes without being greeted by wait staff, which was disappointing. However, after bringing the issue to the attention of the reception area, the manager promptly apologized and made up for the delay by comping desserts, appetizers, and drinks. Patrick, our waiter, also apologized and provided excellent service for the remainder of the meal. While the beginning of our visit was frustrating, the staff’s recovery efforts were appreciated and left a positive impression. We will return.

We went to celebrate a birthday and had the most amazing experience. Our server John welcomed us and immediately guaranteed that we were in for a fun evening. He did not disappoint!? John subtly and politely made suggestions that were just perfect. We received a five star experience. We are usually visitors of the Naples Capital Grille, and are so excited about this new location. Filet Mignon was cooked to absolute perfection. Truffle fries, exceptional. The mashed potatoes were things that dreams are made of and then some. Exceptional asparagus. The goat cheese salad was a carefully crafted array of bright flavors. The espresso cake and crème brûlée were so incredibly magnificent, paired with a nice champagne. We were so satisfied. What a delightfully delicious, world class experience.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here. The lamb chops were the best I’ve ever had and the lobster crab cake with the lemon basil aïoli was next level. Everything was outstanding. Also, shoutout to Adam who went above and beyond for our service and the manager, Matt was made sure he stopped by multiple times and made sure we had everything! It was also nice to see Matt helping out the team members in the dining room.

Christmas Eve. The service was running slow, but the waiter warned us ahead of time it would be 30 mins. Ended up being an hour before we got our meal. The waiter was excellent and attentive during this time. The breads were excellent. The steak was a little over cooked for one of us, but we went with it . The sides were good. Definitely want to return.
