The Cape Restaurant & Beach Bar is a coastal neighborhood restaurant that offers New American Coastal cuisine.
Situated in the heart of Avalon, the restaurant derives decor inspiration from various beach locations around the world, where diners often comment on feeling as though they have escaped to places like Los Angeles, Miami and Cape Town upon entry. Popular dishes like the Tuna Tataki, Red Butter Curry Halibut and Ostrich Bolognese showcase Yebo's unique and boldly flavorful twist on global dishes.

Open Mondays through Sundays, guests can dine outside on the rooftop patio with views spanning down the entire Avalon boulevard or inside the main dining room surrounded by surf boards, textured pillows and hanging greenery; all designed to transport guests to a chic beach bungalow.

                                                                        The heat dome was over Atlanta and Alpharetta and their Air conditioning unit was out so I ordered food to go. Two appetizers and a salad. The crepes were excellent. The unusual combo of raisins and beef in the curry was so good. The filet bites with rice and sauce was also excellent. They subbed out arugula for kale for me in the salad no problem and brought me a cold cherry limeade mock tail on the house while I waited. If I come back to the area I will definitely return.

                                                                        After reading the reviews i was really excited to try The Cape. I felt like the food was ok, pricey for what you get. Absolutely beautiful inside! I know they decorate exceptionally well during the holidays. The service wasn’t great. I was extremely discouraged when i asked some questions from the OpenTable menu and the sever laughed and said the menu i was referring to was 3 years old. Hopefully someone can find time to update for their customers.

                                                                        What a great all around experience! We sat on the rooftop with our pup and had the ahi tuna tartare, shrimp tempura sushi roll, fish sandwich and crab dip. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Drinks were great too. I had the watermelon high. Our server was super friendly and attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.

                                                                        This was an amazing experience. We enjoyed awesome food, service and cocktails. The halibut and lamb chops were amazing. Highly recommend!
