Food and service were overall good, the music, in my opinion, was too loud and everyone was basically very loud and to have a conversation you had raise your voice so you could hear one another.

Our food came out cold. The hot wings have a terrible flavour that is somewhat sweet? The fish and chips were not good Literally felt sick for an hour after eating Also - restaurant was out of non alcoholic beer - seriously? Waitress was very nice - was only good part. Will not recommend

What has happened to the food quality at the Brewhouse in Red Deer? We used to love eating at there but since the second last big steak night, the food is just awful. The steak night from last year started the downward spiral for the tasting and quality of food. We went to the Brewhouse on the 30th of Jan because I got a free order of Nachos for a birthday gift from the company. Very nice of them. I ordered a new drink off of the menu, it was a Tangerine drink. I tasted it and nearly spit it on the table. It was like I took a mouth full of lemon juice. I always stir my drinks when I get them and did with this one, but the sour and bitterness of this drink was beyond drinkable. I asked my husband to taste it and he said the same. We ordered our nachos with extra cheese, NO JALAPANOS, and we mentioned that twice and added chicken. Well, nachos came and the flavoring was very bland. The cheese was mounded in the middle so the first 5 chips I grabbed had no cheese or anything on them. AAAAND, they put Jalapanos in them, all over the place, very finely sliced hidden under all of the chips. My husband can't have spicy foods so when he ate that first jalapano pepper, it didn't go well. For the remander of the meal, he had to sit and pick out the peppers. I ordered a side of mild wings as I am a wing fanatic. To my dismay, I only got the drummets, no flats what so ever. The flats are my favorite. When I ask if I can just have flats, I am told it's extra charge or no, they can't separate them. Disappointed again. The service was excellent this time around. The last time I was there, I was treated like an old lady who didn't know what she wanted. Made me very angry. Unfortunately we won't be going back to the Red Deer location as it has been a disappoinment for the last 4 visits.

The experience was tremendous. Our server, (Emma?) was excellent, knowledgeable and Friendly. The food was Great, services in a timely manner and quite delicious with decent sized portions. We'll most certainly be back.

My reservation was for the 7 of us, our tables weren’t already put together and one of the tables was very wobbly. Not our waitress but another gal helped us out with my sons poutine meal as he ordered a regular size and we didn’t realize how small it was and if we had known he would’ve ordered the large. So we ordered another regular size, she removed the regular size and added a large as the 2 regular sizes would’ve been more than the large. So I thank her very much for that. Our actual server maybe should’ve suggested that as he is a teenage boy and that’s all he had ordered for his meal.
